Retail Park Zeven

The retail park in Zeven marks a special milestone for Greenion: it is the first project financed through the VB-Token. Investors can participate directly in the project and share proportionally in the returns from the 362.7 kWp rooftop system — an innovative model that makes renewable energy accessible to a broader investor base.

The system is initially commissioned as a full feed-in installation and progressively transitioned to tenant electricity supply, with the long-term goal of powering the site with locally generated solar power. This two-stage concept enables a smooth market entry while simultaneously laying the groundwork for a sustainable direct supply to tenants within the retail park.
